Our story
Started with one truck. Built on callbacks.
Frostmere began in 2009 when founder Ray Delgado — a third-generation HVAC tech — started taking evening calls out of his own pickup. Word spread the way it always does: a fixed system, a fair bill, a magnet on the fridge.
Today we're 34 technicians, installers, and comfort advisors strong, running stocked trucks across Dallas–Fort Worth. What hasn't changed: flat-rate pricing approved before work starts, shoe covers at every door, and a tech who explains things in plain English.
We're licensed, insured, and background-checked — and we're the company local property managers call when their own tenants need help fast.
